How to Contact the Joint Commission
The public, patients or their family members my contact the Joint Commission’s Office of Quality Monitoring to report any concerns or register complaints about a Joint Commission-accredited healthcare organization. In addition, any individual, and or physician who provides care, treatment, and services can report concerns about safety or the quality of care to The Joint Commission without fear of retaliatory action from the hospital.
