The new LibertyHealth Outpatient Physical Therapy Center is a state-of-the-art facility designed to meet a wide range of physical disability or impairment needs. We are fully wheelchair accessible, have parking available on-site, and are a smoke-free campus. You can also take the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail to the Jersey Avenue stop (conveniently located on our campus) or take the PATH train to Grove Street station (a 4-5 block walk from our campus). For easy transfers, the light rail crosses with the PATH at Hoboken and Exchange Place stations.
Our 3,000 square foot facility on the 2nd floor provides personalized physical therapy services to a diverse array of individuals from geriatric patients to those recovering from sports-related injuries. This building has the most outpatient services under one roof in Hudson County, along with the latest technology to diagnose and treat patients on-site.
