Provident Bank Ambulatory Center

This was the first building to open at our new site. Our multi-service Ambulatory Care Center provides patients with an easy and convenient way to access outpatient services. Services in this modern building include rehabilitation services which encompasses physical and occupational therapy along with speech and audiology services. This building also houses behavioral medicine. The first floor is entirely dedicated as a General Pediatrics Outpatient center for children with behavioral or developmental health needs.
