General Pediatrics at Jersey City Medical Center

From asthma to developmental delay, General Pediatrics at Jersey City Medical Center provides a broad array of children’s health care services including medical, surgical and behavioral health services. We work closely with Newark Beth Hospital and UMDNJ to provide Pediatric Intensive Care services. We have a fully functional pediatric emergency room. Pediatric patients are separated from other cases in the treatment area and in the waiting room. Our new Inpatient Unit offers the new Toys R' Us Starlight Playroom, complete with games, computers and views of the Liberty Science Center. To make their stay that much more pleasant, all patients receive the Disney Channel. Local businesses have provided great decorations. All of our ambulances are equipped with teddy bears and other toys in route to the hospital.
